Weld Fixtures

In 1991 T&T Tool started providing high quality, cost effective weld fixtures to several key customers. After 10 years of learning the business, we found an increasing demand for a company like ours to provide weld fixture solutions that were robust, well designed for the application, and fairly priced. Since 2001, we have concentrated a great deal of our resources towards developing weld fixture solutions for the industrial welding community. With T&T Tool you will find a company that actually listens and works hard to fulfill your needs. Unlike other companies in the marketplace, we do not see weld fixturing as a “secondary” revenue stream to aid in the sale of robot arms and systems. T&T Tool is a collection of welders, fabricators, machinists, and machine builders that take great pride in providing you our valued customer with fixtures that just plain work.

Weld Fixture Design

It all starts with good design. T&T Tool has significant design resources both in-house and longtime partnerships with experienced design contractors. We use AutoCad, SolidWorks, and ProEngineering design software.

T&T Tool has the personnel, equipment, and experience to build a wide range of fixtures. From single small tabletop fixtures to complete automated welding fixture lines, we have the resources to complete your project to satisfaction.

Fixture Presentation and Handling

T&T Tool can also provide you with a means to handle your Weld Fixtures efficiently. We can provide custom designed and built fixture handling methods to your specifications or work with other suppliers for off the shelf solutions. Weld Fixture Components

Many times weld fixtures can end up with a hodge-podge of custom components that become difficult to manage from a maintenance perspective. At T&T Tool, we focus on using industry standard components as much as possible. This not only keeps the costs down, but makes it easier to replace worn or broken parts through the productive life of the fixture. Many times customers find that it is more cost effective to purchase their replacement parts from T&T Tool. Our tooling components catalog lists the components we currently offer.
