Uploading and Downloading from Our FTP Site

Posting Files to Our FTP Site

Please visit us at ftp://ftp.tttool.com/incoming/ to post your files to our ftp site. A blank window will open for you to copy and paste or drag and drop your files into. You will not see the files after they are transferred. Please notify our engineering department when you place any files on our ftp site to let us know where the files came from to avoid them being deleted.

If your files are less than 10 Mb in size please send them by email. A list of contact emails can be found on our contact page.

Retrieving Files from Our FTP Site

You will be notified by our engineering department or a salesman when we have put files into your folder for you to download. When you have files to download a link will be placed below, under customer links, for you to retrieve your files.

You will need the password that we have assigned for you to retrieve your files.
