Advanced Machinist (Full Time)

Must be experienced in operating a number of manual machines, in addition to CNC lathes and mills. Responsibilities will include: set-up and running of machine tools on a variety of items from piece part work to production work, assisting in layout, machining details and assembly of fixtures. CNC responsibilities will include manufacturing of large quantities of production/repeat parts, checking parts with inspection equipment, changing tools and taking offsets, set-up and operation of machines, some editing of programs and assisting in the development of processes. Must possess knowledge in use of inspection equipment and blue print reading and be able to work with minimal supervision. Positions are available on both the evening and weekend shifts.
