Since 1977, T&T Tool has provided an array of special tooling and fixtures for many of its customers. This tooling has range from very precise form tools to very large production tooling. Our fixture experience is vast, covering simple to highly toleranced inspection, drilling, locating, machining, and especially welding fixtures.

Over the last 5 years, T&T Tool has concentrated a large part of its resources towards developing this part of the business and our efforts have paid off. To satisfy our customers needs, we can design in AutoCad, Solidworks or ProEngineering. We deal with many high production manufacturing facilities; as well as work directly with a number of Robotic Welding Interfacers to make certain the customers needs are met.

The key to our success in this area is two-fold. First and most critical is understanding what the customer needs and wants. This comes from good communications as well as a very in-depth customer specification report. The report is then reviewed with the customer and used in the planning, design, build inspection and tryout. Secondly, our design concepts remain relatively simple, but at the same time adjustable or more clearly stated, "user friendly." Most of our fixture components are adjustable to take into account the variations that may take place with the components being produced.
